Barazek (Sesame Cookies)
One of the most delicious crunchy biscuits, made from a soft dough and coated with sesame and pistachios. Perfect with a cup of tea and a holiday favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup ghee
- 1 cup sugar (to taste)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cookie spice (Ka'ak spice)
- Sesame seeds and pistachios for coating

- 1Mix all ingredients together until a soft, pliable dough is formed.
- 2Divide the dough into small balls and flatten them into thin discs.
- 3Press one side of the disc into pistachios and the other side into a generous layer of sesame seeds.
- 4Bake at medium heat until golden brown and crunchy.
