Helbeh (Fenugreek Cake)

Ingredients
- 1 cup semolina
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup ghee mixed with oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp yeast
- Boiled fenugreek seeds and water
- Sugar syrup
Steps
- 1Boil the fenugreek seeds and save the water for the dough.
- 2Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
- 3Grease the tray with tahini, pour the mixture, and spread evenly.
- 4Bake until well-browned and cooked through.
- 5Pour the syrup over it immediately after taking it out of the oven.
